9月 月間走行距離
月間走行距離 78.50km 台風と秋雨前線の影響であまり走れなかった。 4分30秒前後/kmでのペースの走りには慣れてきた感じはあるけど、更にペースを上げようとするとふくらはぎに張りが出てくる。 JogNote 11月末のシーサイドマラソンまでに一回は20kmを走りたいけど。。
